At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network. As a Product Leader for Network Observability, you will be instrumental in enabling IT teams to perform proactive monitoring, leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies, identify potential issues before they impact users, gain real-time visibility into network performance, and derive actionable insights for faster incident response towards delivering seamless connectivity, minimizing downtime, and optimizing user experiences. At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of people leadership experience 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Locations and ranges include: Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400 McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300 Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
