Zeus Jones is looking for a Digital Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
Our Design team shapes meaningful, brand-defining digital experiences that engage, surprise, and differentiate. We're looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and strategy - someone who can bring bold ideas to life through digital products, cross-platform mobile apps, and responsive web platforms.
This role is for a maker and problem solver who brings both executional excellence and conceptual vision, with a focus on designing digital products that make brands matter. What You'll Do Design
cross-platform digital products
- from responsive web to native mobile applications. Build and evolve
large-scale, tokenized design systems
that support scalability and consistency. Leverage
Figma
as your primary tool for design, prototyping, collaboration, and system management. Apply and advocate for
accessibility standards , ensuring inclusive and equitable digital experiences. Rapidly prototype and test ideas to validate solutions with users and stakeholders. Partner with product managers, engineers, strategists, and creatives to shape products from discovery to launch. Present and defend your work with clarity, storytelling, and strategic alignment. What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience
in UX and digital product design. Proven ability to
design and ship mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web platforms . Expert-level Figma skills : components, libraries, variables, prototyping, and design system management. Experience building and maintaining
tokenized design systems
at scale. Strong understanding of
accessibility guidelines (WCAG/ADA)
and inclusive design principles. Fluency in
prototyping : from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive high-fidelity prototypes. Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills - with comfort navigating feedback loops. Ability to take ambiguous briefs and transform them into clear, compelling digital solutions. Additional Details
This role is based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, but the right candidate may also work remotely. For those in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, we operate as a hybrid workplace, offering opportunities for on-site collaboration with the team.
Designer must be based in the United States. This is a Full-Time Freelance Contract: October 1st to January 15th, with potential to transition to a Permanent Full-Time role - based on performance and business needs.
