Custom-cut granite and marble facades and flooring

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. This hybrid role involves estimating project costs and managing awarded contracts from inception through completion. Perform digital takeoffs using Bluebeam
Analyze bid documents (drawings, specifications, scope sheets)
Communicate with vendors/suppliers to gather material pricing
Project Manager Responsibilities
Review and interpret contract scopes
Coordinate and submit project submittals in collaboration with general contractors
Manage material procurement and track orders
Maintain organized job folders and submittal packages for field teams
Serve as liaison between general contractors and internal office/field staff
Manage project closeout, including punch list resolution and final invoicing
