This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely). Market

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's Degree preferred.

Minimum of one year of experience in banking operations, bank customer service or retail banking role required.

Strong knowledge of deposit products, money movement and delivery of services required. Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Onboarding team works directly with Business Development Officers and their customers for successful product and service additions and implementations. They will assist with documentation of new products and services and work directly with clients for onboarding.

They will span the product and service offering to ensure all setup, and initial servicing is accurate, complete and satisfactory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with business proposals and presentations for customer sales meetings.

Assists officers and customers with execution of product and service agreements.

Sets up customers, accounts and service offerings within the IBS systems including rate plans and agreed upon terms of the agreement.

Strong knowledge and understanding of business product and service offerings.

Serves as a liaison across functional areas to ensure accurate setup and execution of products and services.

Manages to defined customer service level expectations.

Other duties may be assigned.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.
