Position Summary

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) invites applications at all ranks for a

full-time faculty position

in

electrical engineering

beginning in the fall of 2026 at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. Academic rank will depend on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. While applications are welcome in all areas of electrical engineering, candidates with backgrounds in digital or embedded systems are especially encouraged to apply. Industrial experience is welcomed.

Minimum Qualifications

An earned Doctorate in electrical engineering, computer engineering, engineering education or a closely related engineering field by the beginning date of the appointment is required.

A Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related engineering field from an ABET accredited program is preferred.

Candidates must be qualified to instruct undergraduate integrated lecture/laboratory courses.
