Position Summary:
At Securian Financial, we are looking for candidates to join our Business Operations team in an entry-level mail processing position. Candidates will be joining a new team that processes most of the paper mailings that are going out to our clients and policy holders on behalf of Securian Financial. This is an onsite position at our beautiful campus located in downtown St. Paul.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinates distribution of various electronic and print administrative communications including collaboration with business partners on content needs, identifying and creating distribution lists, follow-up activities as needed, etc. Mail processing - inserting paper and sealing envelops, as well as setting up automatic insertion. Prepares, validates, and delivers requested communications to internal and external parties. Completes administrative updates for address changes using various divisional systems. Reviews, sorts and processes returned mail for clients. Assists with special projects as needed. Performs other activities, including maintaining documentation, contributing to process improvements, training self and others, etc. Qualifications:
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy. Strong computer skills. Excellent service and organizational skills to handle multiple requests and priorities. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving aptitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Solid administrative skills, including formatting, grammar, proofreading. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Available for overtime during peak periods. Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure. The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$15.39 - $27.16
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
