Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a

Contract Claims Processor

on behalf of our client, a provider of extended service contracts and vehicle protection programs designed to enhance the ownership experience for drivers. The Contract Claims Processor plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of claims by reviewing documentation, reconciling invoices, and resolving discrepancies. This position also supports departmental efficiency by contributing to special projects, such as documenting processes, and provides essential administrative support to the claims department.

Key Responsibilities: Obtain and review repair orders, rental car receipts, and sublet invoices from repair facilities.

Match claim documentation to the authorized claim amount and resolve any discrepancies.

Contact third-party repair facilities to initiate and process claim payments.

Reconcile ACH website amounts with authorized repair amounts.

Maintain accurate documentation of claims for audit and compliance purposes.

Participate in special projects such as process documentation and workflow improvements.

Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements include:

Education: Associate degree in Business or related field required.

High school diploma or GED accepted with equivalent experience.

Experience: Up to 3 years of related experience in claims processing, accounts payable/receivable, or general ledger accounting.

Prior office management or administrative experience preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to calculate financial figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.

Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal staff and external partners.

Certifications: CSIA/CCSM certifications preferred.

Knowledge: Understanding of accounts payable/receivable and debit/credit accounting principles.

Familiarity with extended service contracts and related claim procedures is a plus.
