Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Schedule Management:

Fully manage the CRO’s professional and personal calendars. Coordinate and schedule all internal and external meetings, calls, and events. Block time for strategic work to support CRO's planning and analysis efforts. Monitor daily schedules, send reminders, and manage attendance or timing issues. Anticipate scheduling conflicts or bandwidth overload and make adjustments proactively. Meeting & Communication Support:

Join meetings as needed to take notes, manage follow-up, or facilitate participation. Prepare agendas and materials; ensure the CRO is fully briefed in advance. Ensure post-meeting action items are identified and initiated. Draft and send professional communications (e.g., thank-you notes, internal memos). Maintain LinkedIn connections and CRM follow-up after meetings with clients. Operational & Project Management:

Track all projects, requests, and cycles on the CRO’s plate and maintain a daily prioritized list. Independently manage certain requests, triaging those requiring the CRO’s attention. Follow up persistently on unresolved issues and ensure execution momentum. Coordinate and manage team lists, meeting rosters, and sales department documentation. Liaise with internal stakeholders to move projects forward and keep the CRO updated. Administrative Support:

Create, edit, and proof presentations, reports, and internal materials. Support the planning and logistics of the Annual Sales Kickoff and Sales Retreat. Handle personal tasks as needed, including scheduling and errands. Maintain accurate expense documentation and submit reimbursements promptly. Assist with CRO social media activity to enhance external visibility. Other tasks as requested by CRO. Internal & External Representation:

Serve as the professional representative of the CRO in meetings and communications. Act as a liaison to internal departments including Marketing, Delivery, and Revenue Operations. Handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality. Represent the CRO and e.Republic with professionalism and executive presence. Sales Program & Team Enablement:

Support CRO with oversight of sales training, business development, and updates. Manage agendas and calendars for Sales Leadership and departmental meetings. Coordinate appointment grids, briefings, and note capturing for major conferences (e.g., NASCIO). Assist with strategy execution by supporting key metrics, reporting, and team coordination. Ensure meeting logs, key decisions, and internal planning documents are up to date. Strategic Thought Partnership:

Use judgment to prioritize CRO’s time and decisions based on business goals. Identify opportunities to improve executive workflows and productivity using tools or automation. Stay informed on internal projects, market trends, and client dynamics to offer relevant context. Provide CRO with pre-meeting intelligence: LinkedIn profiles, CRM history, key goals. Participate in quarterly planning sessions or department meetings to support follow-through. Skills/Qualifications:

Strategic prioritization and judgment Confidentiality and discretion Interpersonal influence and professional presence Operational agility and problem-solving Anticipatory thinking and responsiveness Written and verbal communication excellence Experience supporting senior executives; familiarity with sales organizations preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel); PowerPoint a plus. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Reliable, high-speed internet connection (for remote work environment). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through abilities. Self-directed, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Creative mindset with willingness to share ideas and improve processes. Must be in the Greater Sacramento Area
