Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate
Visual Merchandising Specialist
to lead our visual and graphic execution for our upcoming retail stores in the U.S. market. This hybrid role integrates visual merchandising (VMD) and graphic design, focusing on translating our global brand guidelines into tailored visual strategies for the U.S. retail environment.
What Youll Do
Plan and execute in-store visual displays aligned with global VMD guidelines, tailored to the U.S. retail environment Develop seasonal, promotional, and curated visual zoning plans for stores Localize and adapt HQs visual guidelines to suit regional trends and consumer behavior Collaborate with HQ (Korea) for visual direction approvals and alignments Provide store staff with visual merchandising training and communication materials Localize store graphics (POP, posters, signage, etc.) based on global brand identity (BI) Create visuals for U.S.-based campaigns and promotions in alignment with brand tone and objectives Develop cohesive in-store visual materials that integrate spatial and graphic design Manage relationships with external vendors for printing, installation, and display production Oversee project timelines and quality control of all VMD-related materials Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in visual merchandising and/or graphic design, preferably in a retail or beauty environment Strong understanding of retail layouts and product display techniques Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and departments Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications
Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail environments Experience in flagship or concept store planning and design Bilingual in English and Korean Experience with 3D tools such as SketchUp or other spatial design software Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as needed
