Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist to provide top-quality patient care in a fast-paced office setting. The successful candidate will have experience in collections, insurance, and billing, and possess strong leadership skills. Honesty, friendliness, and the ability to effectively present treatment plans are essential for this role.
Responsibilities / Job Duties
Checking and verifying insurance benefits. Conducting follow-up calls on all consultations. Collaborating closely with the doctor and front office to ensure efficient and timely patient treatment. Additional responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process. Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Education
High school graduate. BLS certification required from the American Heart Association. Qualifications
Minimum of two (2) years of medical office experience preferred. Proficiency in computer programs including word processing, database programs, and spreadsheets. Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus per Federal CDC and State/Local guidance. Benefits
