Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced UI/UX Designer to join our onsite team and lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging, and responsive user interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in frontend frameworks, user-centered design, and usability testing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring seamless and accessible user experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather actionable insights. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UI architects to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs. Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality across projects. Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation. Analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions and optimize user experience. Ensure consistent implementation of design guidelines and standards across platforms. Participate in cross-functional design teams using user-centric methodologies for web and mobile applications. Support project tracking, documentation, and reporting activities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. Expertise in frontend frameworks: ReactJS or AngularJS. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker). Familiarity with mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture). Knowledge of accessibility standards and testing for Web, iOS, and Android. Experience with voice UI, data visualization, and responsive design. Contributions to design systems or open-source projects.
