SUMMARY
Consolidates Programmatic Site information and data into different computer applications and retrieves data for reporting purposes as required. Monitor school's reports for compliance with state and federal laws and with pertinent agreements as directed by supervisor. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Technician to support the daily operations of our center. This role includes managing and updating calendars, supporting social media engagement, answering phones, and maintaining accurate contact records. The position also plays a key role in assisting with school site communications and supporting family engagement efforts.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Three (3) years experience working with Windows-based computer applications required, such as Excel, Word, etc.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - Spanish/English
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Valid Driver's license (Arizona Driver's License required within 30 days of hire)
MVReport - showing no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of insurance compliance greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees

FTE: 1.0, 8 hours per day Work Calendar: 12 month
