This designer will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver innovative retail and brand experiences, ensuring creative intent, timelines, and budgets are met. We seek a passionate, agile thinker who thrives on pushing boundaries and crafting immersive consumer experiences.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture, Industrial Design, or related field. 8+ years
in architectural, experiential, or brand design (
retail industry experience is must ). Expertise in
utoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong leadership in managing multiple projects and guiding design teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. International experience is a plus. Deep understanding of
retail environments, consumer behavior, and spatial storytelling. Core Responsibilities:
Develop and refine design components for
immersive retail spaces , aligning with global creative vision. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver
on-brand, on-budget design solutions. Present concepts via
3D models, 2D drawings, and compelling visual presentations. Elevate retail storytelling through
color, materiality, and spatial design strategies. Partner with senior leadership to align design execution with
brand and business objectives.
