Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Senior Product Designer - Crypto - this is a hybrid role in New York City.
We are building the rails to bring Wall Street settlement into the 21st century.
Current settlement infrastructure wastes billions in trapped capital and operational inefficiency, forcing institutions to maintain massive reserves, limiting market liquidity, and creating systemic risk that grows more dangerous as markets become increasingly global and interconnected.
With $40M in funding from Electric Capital and Paradigm, we are bringing together the best from both Wall Street and Ethereum to reimagine the infrastructure that underpins the financial system.
What Will You Do?
You will be the first full time designer on the team, which means wearing a lot of hats:
Own the design and UX of our application interfaces.
Understand the workflows for the various financial markets we're supporting, and design beautiful, intuitive interfaces to make their lives easier. Collaborate directly with clients.
Join workshops with institutional partners, gathering feedback, and iteratively refining the user experience to exceed their standards. Own design across the company.
As our dedicated designer, you'll elevate everything we touch-from product interfaces to company materials, websites to presentations. Who Are You?
Financial interface expert.
You've designed production grade financial applications. You understand how to present complex data, handle multi-step workflows, and meet the high standards of institutional users. Complex data grid experience.
You have experience designing for AG Grid or similar interfaces that present large datasets. You know how to make spreadsheet-like interfaces both powerful and beautiful. Autonomous design leader.
You're comfortable being the sole designer on a team, owning the entire design function and making strategic decisions about visual direction and UX. Client-facing professional.
You excel at work-shopping ideas directly with clients, incorporating feedback gracefully, and translating business requirements into elegant design solutions. What's In It For You?
