Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and lighting systems efficiently, ensuring safety and code compliance.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics to plan and complete projects.
  • Supervise and mentor electrical apprentices or junior electricians on job sites.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain detailed job records, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
  • Travel to various job sites as required, occasionally working weekends or overtime to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a journeyman electrician.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
  • Current Journeyman Electrician Certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety procedures.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

  • Full-Time: Monday - Friday
