Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Emergency Department Nurse in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency facility. We are seeking highly skilled nurses with a passion for providing exceptional patient care in critical situations. This position requires a committed professional ready to deliver quality care while meeting the demands of a busy emergency environment.

Shift Details

• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
• Contract Length: 18 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of patients upon arrival.
• Determine the severity of conditions and establish appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a full-staffed emergency team to deliver effective interventions.
• Document patient care and communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures while providing care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Department nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Preferred: 3 months of travel experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
• All certifications must be current and in hand: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS.
• Permanent address must be included in the profile.
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment.

Time Off Policies

• All requests for time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application and verified by upload.
• No more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted.
• Travelers are required to work during specified holiday periods.

Submission Requirements

• All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
• Block scheduling will not be considered for this position.
• All certifications must be uploaded with the profile.
