Available Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours & Pay Rate

Mon-Fri: 6:00am - 2:30pm I $20.00/hr.

Mon-Fri: 2:00pm - 10:30pm I $22.00/hr.

Sun-Thurs: 10:00pm - 6:30am I $23.00/hr.

What You'll Do:

Perform chemical and manual cleaning of parts using advanced processing methods

Operate equipment for scrubbing, wiping, masking, blasting, etching, coating, baking, and drying

Handle hazardous chemicals safely and according to all protocols

Maintain organization and cleanliness of your work area through daily upkeep and 6S practices

Follow SOPs, lean manufacturing procedures, and safety policies at all times

Record SPC measurements and use Microsoft Word/Excel to log and track data

Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities

Take pride in your work with consistent task reporting and quality assurance

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or technical coursework preferred

1+ year of manufacturing or materials processing experience required; 3+ years preferred

Previous experience in parts cleaning, coating, blasting, or the semiconductor industry is a major plus

Knowledge of Kaizen or Lean practices is beneficial

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently

Excellent verbal/written communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Comfortable wearing cleanroom gowning such as frocks and hairnets

Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends if needed

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
