Staffmark is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Blue Ash, OH! In this role, you will oversee CNC machining operations, driving production goals while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. This hands-on position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and offers opportunities for growth and advancement.
Pay: $26/hr
Shift: 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Supervise, coach, and motivate production team members
Coordinate schedules, workflow, and resources efficiently
Monitor processes for quality and safety compliance
Conduct inspections and resolve issues with Quality Assurance
Provide training, mentorship, and cross-training opportunities
Track production metrics and identify process improvements
Qualifications
3+ years in manufacturing supervisory or team lead role (CNC preferred)
Knowledge of machining processes, precision components, and tight-tolerance production
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement a plus
