Monday - Friday schedule
Service Technician Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning
Collaborate with team members to address complex problems
Provide on-site technical assistance and support to customers
Keep accurate records of service reports, parts, and inventory
Offer recommendations for equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance performance and efficiency
Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years of hands-on service technician experience
Required: Agricultural equipment or construction equipment repair experience
Valid driver's license
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls efficiently
