Staffmark is seeking a skilled Conveyor Maintenance Technician to keep our warehouse operations running smoothly. You'll perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and automated storage systems, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support the installation of new equipment.

Pay: $25-$28/hr

Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, and automated equipment

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs)

Utilize CMMS to track, create, and close work orders; manage spare parts inventory

Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings

Assist with installation and commissioning of new systems

Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance with OSHA and Lockout/Tagout protocols

Train and guide junior maintenance staff

Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities

Qualifications:

3+ years industrial maintenance experience (distribution/fulfillment center preferred)

Experience with automated conveyors and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Technical certification or associate degree preferred

Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems up to 480V

Proficient with CMMS and diagnostic tools

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Experience operating PIT equipment (work at height)

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk 8-12 hours, and climb or maneuver in tight spaces
