Hours & Pay:
Shift : 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday) | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday - Friday) | 4th Shift (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Friday - Sunday)
Pay : $19.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire
Training : Typically begins on 1st shift for the first week
What You'll Be Doing:
Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
Load and unload parts and ensure finished components meet precise specifications
Read blueprints and manufacturing orders
Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
Assist with secondary machine shop duties (deburring, tumbling, packing, etc.)
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
Load programs into CMM machines and ensure inspection accuracy
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and QRM
Collaborate with team members and communicate across shifts

Qualifications:
Machine operation experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
Experience with calipers, micrometers, or CMM machines is a plus
Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to cross-train and grow within the shop
Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
