Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
What You'll Do
Operate production machinery and meet or exceed production standards
Inspect products for quality and maintain accurate reports
Process components and finished products, returning them to proper containers
Complete required paperwork for quality, time tracking, scrap, and traceability
Collaborate with team members, coordinators, and managers
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and prolonged standing
Lift up to 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity required
Work performed primarily in a factory environment
Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
High school diploma or GED required
Previous press or manufacturing experience helpful
