POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Account Manager at IGEN is a sales role focused on growing revenue in our account base.
This role works closely with IGENs Onboarding, Customer Success, and Subject Matter experts to drive revenue coming from (1) Add-on, (2) Upsell, (3) Cross-sell, and (4) Expansion. Together with CX, they will share the responsibility for the Renewal revenue.
The Client Account Manager should be well-versed in our industry, clients, and subject matter to challenge and educate on the benefits of our platform, advise and encourage buying decisions aligned to client goals, and guide clients through the buying process.
The Client Account Manager will have a customer-first mindset. They will develop a deep industry knowledge and understanding of our clients' businesses and objectives to be a guide for them to align desired outcomes with IGEN solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Relentless learning of our customers, their industry, IGEN's platform and value proposition Establish and grow relationships with our customers, connecting their needs to IGEN solutions and guide them throughout the buying lifecycle Provide customers with valuable and timely insights leveraging IGEN's Customer Success and Subject Matter Experts Understand the competitive landscape and IGEN value proposition Guide customer calls, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and meetings to understand business objectives and demo to showcase the value of IGEN's platform and offerings Prepare ROI analysis and business case Negotiation of commercial terms Prepare and execute an Account Strategy and plan to win Accountable for generating demand & executing opportunities resulting in subscription revenue to achieve and/or exceed the bookings quota. Update and maintain CRM database and provide accurate weekly reports reflecting territory and pipeline status

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: 8+ years of relatable sales experience suggested
Previous experience selling complex software/SaaS solutions
Ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Technical skills and ability to present technical concepts clearly to clients and prospects
Client first mindset, empathy, and active listening
Outcome-oriented. Drive to succeed
