Pay: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Friday - Sunday | 12-hour shifts | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate supplies and materials, keeping pace with a fast-moving environment
Ensure all orders are accurate and processed efficiently to maintain smooth workflow between workstations
Stock and organize new merchandise as it arrives
Communicate production or operational issues to management promptly
Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and code of ethics
Monitor inventory of production supplies and coordinate with Supervisor or Team Lead to reorder as needed
Adhere to written departmental procedures and suggest improvements when necessary
Work in a climate-controlled distribution center with a breakroom and overhead music; moderate to loud noise environment
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation to and from the facility
Previous distribution center, warehouse, or Internet fulfillment experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10-12 hours)
Ability to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Team-oriented with good communication skills
