Salary: $55K + DPA
Schedule: Day Shift
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping/receiving, labor, and quality control
Ensure compliance with all warehousing and transportation regulations
Monitor KPIs and report performance metrics with corrective actions when needed
Maintain warehouse and equipment; recommend replacements as needed
Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of warehouse staff
Assist Warehouse Manager with operations, IT, and process improvements
Promote lean practices and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
1-3 years of logistics or warehouse experience (CPG/e-commerce preferred)
Familiar with U.S. transportation and omni-channel distribution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of Kaizen or lean principles
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
Must be bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
