Join the Staffmark team as a Logistics Quality Control Specialist in Gardena, CA! In this position, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Shifts:

1st Shift Option: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM | $25.00/hr

2nd Shift Option: Monday-Saturday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM | $26.00/hr

Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance

Conduct warehouse audits for inventory, packaging, labeling, and documentation

Monitor vendor and carrier performance to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy

Track and report logistics KPIs, including damage rates and order accuracy

Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and returns

Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence

Maintain QC documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives

Train staff on quality standards and best practices

Qualifications:

Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Logistics, ISO 9001, or similar preferred

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)

Knowledge of import/export compliance and safety standards

Strong focus on order accuracy, on-time delivery, and audit compliance
