Staffmark is hiring a reliable Assembly and Packaging Worker to join a growing production team in Rogers, AR. In this hands-on role, you'll help create high-quality mounting boards, laminated sheets, and finished paper products. Pay Rate:
$15.50/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Package, sort, and inspect paper products to ensure top quality
Operate lamination equipment and apply vegetable-based glue
Use cutting machines to trim and size materials accurately
Perform light assembly tasks, including board prep and framing
Safely lift and move materials (up to 60 lbs)
Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications:
Able to lift up to 60 lbs safely
Comfortable working with production equipment
Basic math and measuring skills
Ability to read a tape measure is a plus
Great attention to detail and strong work ethic
Dependable with a positive, team-focused attitude
