Salary: $75,000 - $85,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to analyze data and improve performance
Maintain CPAR quality reporting and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Support teams
Coordinate quality training programs
Ensure ISO 9001/TS-16949 compliance and meet customer expectations
Support audits, validation activities, and quality planning (APQP/PPAP)
Monitor product quality risks and handle escalations
Develop and maintain SOPs
Conduct feasibility and validation testing as needed
Occasional travel (up to 10%)
Qualifications:
Associate degree or Quality Engineer certification required; Bachelor's preferred
Minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, DOE, and root cause analysis
Familiarity with ISO 9001/TS-16949 standards; Lead Auditor certification a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment
