Staffmark is looking for a skilled Controls Technician to build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic systems and components. You'll work independently to diagnose issues, repair controls, and calibrate electronic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: $26-$33/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Responsibilities

Build and test electronic systems for functionality

Troubleshoot and repair circuits, PLCs, and control systems

Calibrate and service electronic test/control equipment

Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and ladder diagrams

Utilize Wonderware InTouch, Mitsubishi PLCs, Baldor Drives, MS SQL, and more

Perform conduit bending and other hands-on technical tasks

Work with minimal supervision and ensure quality and compliance standards are met

Qualifications

High school diploma + 7 years' experience, or associate degree + 3 years' experience

Preferred: Degree in electronics/electrical field

Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS SQL

Hands-on experience with: Wonderware InTouch, Mitsubishi, Guiding's & Lewis PLCs, Baldor Drives, conduit bending

Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electronic systems

Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
