Itron's Global Total Rewards team is seeking a Global Benefits Analyst to support benefits across EMEA and APAC. This role reports to the Global Benefits Director and will collaborate with teams in 20+ countries. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deploying international benefit programs, offering market insights, and ensuring compliance with local laws while enhancing the employee experience.

Duties & Responsibilities: Review, support and administer benefit programs and day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, health, life, disability, retirement, wellness, and EAP

Lead annual benefit renewal cycles with Itron's broker, as well as Global Benefits and local HR teams in the regions

Support global and regional benefit initiatives and rollouts including leading major projects

Participate in vendor selection and implementation projects

Provide governance support on retirement programs; lead periodic reviews of retirement plan design

Advise and counsel employees and managers on benefit policies, issues, and resolution

Coordinate and participate in market surveys and provide analysis of benefit surveys to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Develop ad hoc reports and data-driven benefit recommendations

Partner with HR Managers to align with corporate benefits philosophy

Act as liaison with local HR managers on collective bargaining agreements

Maintain documentation and audit trails for internal/external reviews

Ensure benefit programs comply with local labor laws in collaboration with Legal

Partner with Tax, Finance, Procurement, and HRIS to manage tax treatment, budgets, vendor contracts, and Workday delivery of benefits/absence plans

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of global benefits experience (must include EMEA and APAC)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Experience leading global projects and deploying benefit programs

Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel proficiency

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present effectively

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Ability to work effectively across global time zones

Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience using Workday HCM

Benefits expertise in France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, and India

Bilingual skills

Liberty Lake, WA: The base salary is $96,000 - $175,000. Austin, TX: The base salary is $105,000 - $192,000. This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
