Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Johnson City, TN! Join a dynamic team where your problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude make a difference. In this role, you'll handle inquiries, resolve issues with electric and gas water heater equipment, and ensure every customer receives timely, professional support.

Pay: $16.00/hr

Shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails, following up on previous customer issues

Document call details, installation notes, and product information

Research product/part information and maintain records using web-based systems

Make warranty-related decisions for water heating and related equipment

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1+ year of call center or customer service experience

Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills

Basic technical knowledge or aptitude

Solid computer skills and familiarity with software/hardware operations

Ability to multitask effectively

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
