Overview

We’re seeking experienced Principal and Lead Software Engineers to work ON-SITE in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time opportunity with a full benefits package, offering the chance to drive innovation, lead high-performing teams, and architect enterprise-scale solutions. We are looking to onboard as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Principal Software Engineer: Define and drive architectural vision and design principles for scalable and maintainable systems.
• Principal Software Engineer: Mentor engineering teams, conduct technical training sessions, and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Principal Software Engineer: Act as a key liaison between engineering and other departments, aligning technical solutions with business goals.
• Principal Software Engineer: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and cloud-native practices.
• Lead Software Engineer: Guide a team of engineers in building scalable, maintainable full-stack applications.
• Lead Software Engineer: Translate designs into reusable React components and design RESTful APIs with Node.js.
• Lead Software Engineer: Provide technical direction and code review leadership, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Lead Software Engineer: Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver on time and with impact.
• Lead Software Engineer: Mentor junior engineers, foster team growth, and drive best practices in agile development.

Qualifications

• Principal Software Engineer: 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong background in microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proven leadership and architectural design experience at enterprise scale.
• Lead Software Engineer: 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
• Cloud exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.
• 2+ years of proven leadership/mentorship experience.
