Overview

The National Security Sector at Leidos has an opening for a Software Engineer with an active SECRET clearance to work 100% remote from a home office. This role supports the C-sUAS Engineering and Integration mission and provides engineering and integration support throughout the kill chain to 20+ C-sUAS sites globally. The primary project focus is a C-sUAS software integration and cloud deployment effort.

Responsibilities

• Provide software integration and cloud deployment support for the C-sUAS project.
• Support the C-sUAS Engineering and Integration mission by delivering engineering and integration across the kill chain to 20+ sites globally.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or above (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience with multiple programming languages; C/C++ and Java are explicitly mentioned.
• Experience with Go, Python, Rust, or JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Linux-based containerization; familiarity with GitLab; Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in the C-sUAS domain (preferred).
• Experience working on projects with multiple repositories and implementing agile methodologies (preferred).
