This position is a night shift role from 19:00 to 07:00. Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Adult Med Surg Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking skills, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and care excellence. Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, assess and evaluate patient conditions, and administer medications. Monitor telemetry rhythms and identify changes in patient acuity, alerting appropriate staff when necessary. Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care strategies. Assist in the management of IV fluids, tube feeds, PEG feedings, and IV antibiotics. Participate in daily huddles and follow unit guidelines for shift operations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must have telemetry rhythm capabilities, critical thinking, and time management skills. Current BLS certification is required. ACLS certification is preferred. Why ARMStaffing?
