Salary and Schedule

Base pay range: $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr. The position works 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. A 5% performance bonus may apply as part of the total reward package.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, administer, control, and manage inventory of raw and packaging materials.
  • Use a powered industrial truck (PIT) to perform inventory moves.
  • Provide input to data related to items purchased and used by the company.
  • Complete daily stock transactions and supply material to production areas.
  • Operate PITs and maintain inventory accuracy with the ERP system.
  • Complete daily checklists and logbooks.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and regulations; ensure compliance with eGMP processes, site, quality, and EHS SOPs.
  • Maintain company core values and treat everyone with respect and dignity.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Reading and writing comprehension of the English language
  • Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of recent or consistent experience in a high-energy, fast-paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • SAP or WMS system experience
  • Self-starter/self-motivated; ability to work with little supervision
  • Effective oral and written communication across all levels
  • Ability to influence others and analyze problems to meet business needs
  • PIT experience or certifications; inventory control and receiving/shipping experience
