Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload flooring materials (rolls, tiles, planks, adhesives)
• Pick and stage orders for delivery and installation crews
• Operate the cutting machine
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Periodically deliver to stores or customer sites
• Assist with returns, restocking, and quality checks

Qualifications

• Experience with flooring materials or construction supplies is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Effective communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work every weekday
• Team player with a positive attitude and a drive to learn
