Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate II supports daily warehouse logistics to operate at maximum efficiency. This role is primarily responsible for tasks in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment, while adhering to company policies and safety protocols.
Core Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment
- Manage order pulling from warehouse shelves, ensuring accuracy based on item number, serial numbers, size, quantity, etc.; pull and load for SupplySight; manage Will Calls.
- Perform checks to confirm physical inventory counts match records; conduct regular cycle counts (1st count).
Receiving and Unloading
- Receive warehouse orders, inspect items, match deliveries to purchase orders, log items into the warehouse management system, and follow up on delays.
- Load/unload palletized freight; move products to designated areas; organize stock orders prior to shelving.
- Stock shelves efficiently; perform cycle counts (2nd count) as needed; handle non-conforming products per policies and OSHA/internal protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization; ensure shelf-life and disposal per health and safety standards; operate forklift and other equipment safely; conduct daily inspections.
Shipping
- Manage shipment and receipt of products via UPS, FedEx, and other freight companies; label orders and prepare for shipping, handling hazardous and non-hazardous items per protocols; perform final inspection before shipment.
Quality Control
- Promote operational excellence and identify process improvements; perform quality assurance checks; inspect products for defects/damages.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager to address issues, and ensure Product Certifications and Safety Data Sheets are included where applicable.
- Must be Hazmat Certified and oversee packing/shipping of hazardous materials.
Coaching & Mentoring (Training)
- Conduct warehouse observations and provide feedback; train and mentor employees per SOPs; support individual development and growth.
Additional Assignments
- Perform administrative tasks related to paperwork, credit card processing, shipping verifications, and data entry into ERP; organize hazmat meetings; manage equipment maintenance; track warehouse transfers; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training

Certifications & Licenses
- Hazmat certification; forklift certification or equivalent warehouse equipment experience.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment; lift/pull/push up to 100 lbs; full range of body movement and vision requirements (close vision, depth perception, focus).
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment with manual labor; standing and lifting; maintain good physical condition.
Target base compensation: $20.00 – $23.00/hour DOE. This is a full-time position eligible for company benefits including: paid time off, medical/dental/vision, disability, parental leave, other supplemental plans, and ESOP.
