Day to Day

Your day-to-day includes engaging with My Wireless customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services, and guiding customers through the buying process. Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the US, and have a High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
