Role And Responsibilities

As a Store Lead, you are part of the store’s management team, responsible for leading associates, overseeing operational areas, and driving sales performance. You will:

• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver engaging customer experiences through demos, workshops, and events
• Partner with the Store Manager, General Manager, and ASM to execute store priorities, uphold SOPs, and maintain readiness
• Mentor and develop associates, providing feedback, training, and recognition
• Lead onboarding and ongoing product knowledge and operational standards
• Manage the sales floor during assigned shifts, drive customer flow, and ensure merchandising standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and execute flawlessly
• Assume full operational and sales management responsibilities in the absence of senior leadership
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and provide coverage during holidays, launches, and peak periods

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, with at least 1 year in big-box or specialty retail
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performance team
• Experience executing SOPs, maintaining store readiness, and leading daily operations
• Analytical and action-oriented with the ability to use performance data to drive decisions
• Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Preferred: knowledge of consumer electronics (smartphones, wearables, connected ecosystems) and ability to translate features into customer benefits
