Summary

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative in California who will plan and carry out the Reference Designs and YAGEO MPN Approvals at assigned semiconductor customers through direct and distribution channels in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve YAGEO Parts on Reference Designs
• Meet or exceed the YAGEO MPN Approval plan
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers while ensuring a high level of service and support
• Work with engineering and supply chain personnel to design in YAGEO MPN on the AVL/BOMs
• Develop further opportunities across the YAGEO Group product portfolio
• Foster intra-company teamwork between customer needs and Product Business Units
• Update market trends and advise on potential issues that may impact achieving goals
• Participate in industry events, tradeshows, and customer events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or experience designing in inductors
• Minimum 5 years of previous sales experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and interest in advancing their sales achievements
• MS Office proficiency with ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
• Connections or knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry and ecosystem
• Experience with solutions-based selling and problem-solving for customers
• Achievement-driven, competitive, and motivated to succeed
• Outgoing, dynamic personality able to build outstanding relationships
• Willingness to lead growth initiatives and create sales opportunities within customers
• Proven ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and communicate with strong interpersonal skills
• This position is stationary, involving prolonged standing or sitting

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$140,000, depending on experience.
