Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

What you’ll do as a Staff Accountant

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts
• Analyze and reconcile expenditure and revenue accounts
• Calculate and prepare reimbursement billings; track and reconcile monthly accounts receivable
• Assist with annual and mid-year budget preparation
• Support fiscal year-end close and fixed asset accounting

What you bring as a Staff Accountant

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–3 years of general accounting experience (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce a plus
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
