This position is on-site daily from 8am-5pm and greets guests and directs phone calls to the appropriate person or department.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.
• Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined.
• Perform general administrative tasks to include: daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.
• Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a receptionist or office clerk
• Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Basic data entry and keyboarding experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is $17.00-$22.00/hr. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, labor markets, education, experience, certifications, etc. Johnson Brothers offers eligible team members and their dependents comprehensive health benefits and programs, which include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts.
