Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic management software.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries regarding services, pricing, and clinic policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including client information and medical histories.
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and manage daily cash reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with veterinary technicians and doctors to ensure timely patient care and smooth clinic operations.
  • Prepare and distribute client education materials and post-visit instructions as directed by veterinary staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
