Responsibilities
- The Electrician will work with the maintenance department to handle all electrical work.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatus and wiring circuits which consist of three-phase 480/240 Volt power, machine tool and production equipment, control circuits, lighting and 110-volt power circuits.
- Work instructions may come from complicated drawings or simple sketches.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and emergency repair.
- Mechanical knowledge is also required to complete equipment repairs.
- Installs and repairs plant equipment.
- Installs and maintains power circuits.
- Troubleshoots and repairs plant equipment.
- Directs helpers in maintenance efforts.
Qualifications
- High School or vocational school.
- Preferable 5 yrs Industrial maintenance electrical work.
