Overview
The HT Group is excited to partner with a rapidly growing Calibration and Testing Services company in their search for a skilled Human Resources Director to join their team in Baton Rouge, LA on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated expertise across the full HR spectrum. We are seeking a leader with a strong background in change management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives, who thrives in a high-performance, data-driven culture. The successful candidate will be both a strategic partner and hands-on leader, capable of aligning HR practices with business goals to support continued growth and success. This opportunity is hybrid and requires candidates to be in the Baton Rouge area. Relocation assistance is available!
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in data-driven HR environments
- Proven ability to lead direct reports and mentor HR teams
- Expertise in change management initiatives and organizational development
- Experience working directly with the executive suite to influence business strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, compensation, labor law adherence, and company policy implementation
- Champion employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and performance management programs
- Mentor and develop a high-performing HR team to support organizational goals
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization while demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking
