Sumeru Solutions - Atlanta, GA

The candidate will work in the Enterprise GIS Team of IT Applications, primarily collaborating with EGIS and IT team members and interacting with end users/customers. Responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing and triaging submitted support tickets.
2. Contacting users to clarify, gather information, isolate, replicate, and troubleshoot issues.
3. Resolving or escalating issues to more experienced staff.
4. Providing user instruction and guidance.
5. Assisting GIS/IT Teams in implementing solutions and preparing documentation/knowledgebase articles.
6. Developing GDOT GIS User Group and conducting training programs to support GDOT GIS User Group.

The Enterprise GIS team is composed of 2 ArcGIS developers, 2 System Administrators, a data manager, and a team leader. This is a permanent, full-time position.
