- Monday - Friday, 40 hrs
- This provider will treat patients on-site at Davison and Flint CCA locations
- Additionally, they will treat patients from other GM facilities via telehealth
- The ideal provider is good with working full-time on-site, while being flexible to get additional licenses to help with other facilities.
- GM will help with obtaining new licenses
- Provider must have strong occupational health experience since they will need to see patients remotely
- Active DEA, BLS,
- Malpractice Paid
- Paid Weekly
