Job Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complicated deliveries including C-sections and breech births.
  • Conduct OB ultrasounds, interpret results, and carry out required procedures such as amniocentesis.
  • Manage decision-making for C-sections and address various pregnancy complications.
  • Engage in both low and high-risk pregnancy care.
  • Provide routine and emergency obstetrics and gynecological care.
Qualifications
  • Must be board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid NC license and DEA registration required.
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required.
  • Minimum of 90 days estimated credentialing timeframe.
  • Fellowship training in relevant specialty.
Working Hours
  • Varied shifts; exact hours to be discussed.
Skills
  • Expertise in FHR interpretation and performing OB ultrasounds.
  • Proficiency in both routine and complex deliveries.
  • Strong decision-making skills for C-sections.
  • Ability to repair 3rd and 4th-degree lacerations.
  • Preferred skills in surgical gynecological procedures.
