Travel Radius Rule: Contractors must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility exp 8/8 CCU/ICU RN Start Date: asap Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hrs Trauma Level 4 • Shift Requirements: Variables day and nights • Float Requirements: Float to other units as needed- possible float to MS as needed . Float-Rhinelander, Eager River and Tomahawk. Floating can and will be prescheduled if needed • On Call/Call Back Requirements: None • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday • Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS, ACLS- NIHSS Preferred • Minimum Experience: 2 years, one travel assignment preferred (not required) Unit: 10 bed unit- ICU and IMC: MS unit 34 beds Ratio 1:2 in ICU; 1:3-1:4 for IMC and MS 1:5-1:6 • Charting Experience: EPIC preferred. • Scrub Colors: any color scrubs About Malone Healthcare - Nursing
