Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly voice of Hoffer Pest Solutions—answering calls and assisting customers with professionalism and care.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure all customer requests are clearly documented.
• Process payments quickly and accurately.
• Help solve problems and offer solutions that leave customers smiling.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch service from the ground up.

What You’ll Bring

• Customer service experience (preferred, but not required—we’ll train the right person!).
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Comfortable handling payments and navigating computer systems.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and focused under pressure.
